As an Account Manager, you will act as a communication connection between the client and company. You will generate, retain, and grow business portfolios by handling accounts for multiple clients at once. Your main goal is to produce satisfied customers through quick and accurate quoting and problem solving. 

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with point of contact for each account
• Secure meetings with decision makers
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients
• Provide solutions for client problems and inquiries
• Input load entries
• Participates in industry development
• Provides feedback to departmental teams
• Suggest new business process ideas

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year of Logistics / Transportation experience
• 1 year of account management
• 1 year customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of the industry
• Ability to collaborate effectively
