Responsibilities:

Customer Service
Daily operation and activities on a day-to-day basis
Follow SOP of assigned customer
Reporting and data entry
Billing on time

Requirements:
Self-motivate and fast learner
Knowledge of computer skills, word, excel and Microsoft office
Team work
1 year related experience or equivalent
Chinese language is a plus
