Inspect palletized freight to pull the certificate information.
Print out labels and attach to appropriate box.
Perform inventory transactions and transfers of materials while following company policies and procedures.
Will be driving the forklift to load/unload trucks and move products around the warehouse.
Maintain mandatory security levels throughout the warehouse at all times, allowing no unauthorized personnel at all times.
Obtain service order documents (arrival and departure) in advance of product arrival and prepare all needed elements in advance of the work activity.
Load and unload the contents of delivery vehicles in an efficient and safe manner.
Weigh and reweigh delivered materials and confirm correct numbers on relevant paperwork.
Inspect deliveries for damage, note damages (if any) and advise manager of findings.
Temporarily store and repackage product (if necessary) into containers/consuls/pallets as per customer requirements and district operations’ directives; ensure packaging is strong, safe and secure for extended transport/delivery.
Reconcile and confirm the accuracy of all paperwork before releasing product.
Minimum of two year experience in freight forwarding and fulfillment services is desired.
Must be able to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
English language communication, both verbal and written.
Sufficient skills to plan work, organize schedules, prioritize and complete assignments.
Ability to communicate well with others and be a team player.
Dependable, reliable, punctual and willing to work overtime if required.
Flexible to work additional hours past scheduled or standard shift.
Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as required.
