Job Description
Responsibilities
• Coordinating and executing air and ocean export shipments to ensure excellent customer service levels
• Prepares all necessary documents such as commercial invoices, international export declarations, certificate of origin, letters of credit
• Reviews pertinent domestic and foreign trade regulations
• Maintain communication with customers, carriers, government agents, and vendors
Requirements:
• 3+ years relevant experience in the importation of goods or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
• Positive Attitude, attention to detail, high-level of customer service, and ability to multi-task
• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
• Ability to occasionally life and/or move up to 25 pounds
