Job Description

 

Responsible for supporting the Chief Revenue Officer in the development and execution of the Alba go-to-market strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CRO and EVP of Strategy to create a yearly marketing plan 
  • Collaborate with CRO and EVP of Strategy to create a social media strategy and oversee the execution using various online platforms – including company and individual social media accounts.
  • Write, edit, and refine marketing content (flyers, articles, newsletters, white papers, etc.)
  • Create and maintain a content library of marketing and sales collateral, publications, etc.
  • Develop and administer a content calendar denoting all upcoming marketing activities
  • Coordinate content creation to include external consultants and writers
  • Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors
  • Coordinate and administer webinars and other virtual events
  • Oversee production and distribution of both internal and external newsletters
  • Maintain and grow Alba’s database of contacts
  • Oversee database marketing to prospects and clients
  • Create management reports from sales and marketing automation tools
  • Monitor and report online activity and improve marketing KPIs
  • Maintain conference and event planning spreadsheet, including Alba attendees
  • Coordinate logistics of external marketing events such as conferences and trainings (including travel, shipping, registrations, etc.)
  • Maintain and develop website content
  • Respond to internal requests for sales and marketing presentations, files, images, etc.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must
  • 5+ years’ experience marketing in a business-to-business environment
  • Management experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience navigating CRM programs (Salesforce.com, etc.)
  • Experience with the configuration and maintenance of marketing automation software (HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.)
  • Experience with the configuration and maintenance of social media accounts (LinkedIn and Twitter primarily)
  • Must have a high level of professionalism  
  • Highly motivated, dependable, responsible, and resourceful
  • Ability to interact diplomatically with all levels within the organization
  • Strong problem resolution skills and ability to react with a sense of urgency 
  • Detail oriented, organized, and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
