Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and updates to internal team and clients
• Oversee daily operations of Ocean Import shipments from A to Z
• Execute, document and follow client SOPs 
• Enter load information into the system and report on delays and issues in a timely manner
• Ensure on-time delivery and billing

• 1+ year of experience with Ocean Import shipments with a freight forwarder preferred
• Knowledge of computer skills, word, excel and Microsoft office
• Bilingual with Mandarin is a plus
