Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Performing Export transactions from start to finish, including quoting, arranging pick-ups, booking with Airlines, setting up Pre-Bookings and Consolidations, track, trace and invoice
- Ensures that all Export compliance and TSA regulations are met on each shipment
- Minimum 1-2 years of operations and customer service experience in airfreight cargo consolidations is required
- Prefer experience from an airfreight consolidator or neutral wholesale background, but a candidate with NVOCC, VOCC or freight forwarder experience may also apply
- Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of daily airfreight operations, customer service, documentation and government and carrier regulations
- Must be able to work under pressure and enjoy a fast paced, multi-tasking, customer service minded environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication as well as organizational skills
