Requirements:
HS Diploma
Minimum 5+ years of management responsibility in freight brokerage.
License or Certification: CTB (Certified Transportation Broker)
Systems thinking; able to recognize patterns and trends in data.
2+ years’ leadership experience
Knowledge of freight forwarding or transportation
Ability to apply sound learning principles, agile methods, and management skills together to development team for scalability.
