The Road Freight Pricing Coordinator Prospect, Negotiate and find carriers capacity for cross border operation (USA to Mexico and México to USA) to satisfy Road Freight operation needs, as well as ensuring compliance with the activities related with carriers management and operations
Negotiate Road Freight lanes costs with carriers to provide the best options to operations
Manage Company-Carrier relationship to provide the right capacity in the day-to-day operation
To support Carriers Vetting (Audit) team with all information related to carrier management documents
Establish and maintain lasting relationships with your carriers, partners, and other suppliers to work together, developing innovative solutions to solve problems creatively, to exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service
Carry out handing of Large Bids or Spot shipments according Customer targets or the best market cost as possible
Collaborate with your team and your supervisor in a proactive way to meet the objectives of the department, seeking to increase the efficiency and productivity of the road cross border operation, seeking to improve processes and the development of yourself and your colleagues to optimize results
Support USA & México cross border operation quoting with transparency and efficiency
Create a solid relation between countries for Cross Border integration (Pricing Department)
