Responsibilities: 

• Prepare documents in a timely and accurately manner 
• Manage Air and Ocean import orders, provide tracking and tracing support, problem-solve resolutions if issues should arise, and ensure timely delivery
• Work closely with customers and serve as a customer service liaison to provide updates

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with air and/or ocean import operations within a freight forwarding company
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of import operations and regulations
• Cargowise experience is a plus, but not required
