Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage Air and Ocean Export shipments from A to Z
- Track and trace shipments
- Record shipment progress and notes in the system
- Communicate updates to internal and external teams
- Problem solve as needed to ensure timely delivery via clients' needs
- 4+ years of Air and Ocean Export Operations experience within a Freight Forwarding company
- Cargowise software experience preferred
- Must currently reside in IL and be willing and able to commute to office location near ORD airport suburbs daily
