Stable and growing logistics company currently seeking an experienced, energetic self-motivated professional for the position of Domestic Operations Agent.

The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 12pm - 9pm, onsite only - no remote or hybrid option at this time.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate freight via Commercial Air flights, Dedicated truck runs and LTL
• Provide on-demand service for our client base
• Update customers as to tracking and tracing information and any delays to ensure timely delivery and build trust with the customer 
• Utilize knowledge as to shipping constraints via commercial air and advise all air carriers and customers

Requirements:

• 2+ years or more of experience in the freight forwarding industry
• Working knowledge of asset recovery services is a plus
• Familiarity with TSA regulations as they relate to air freight
• Comprehensive knowledge of standard operating platforms (Microsoft office, Outlook etc)
• Innovative and creative problem solver with highly developed operational and communication skills
• We are willing to train a qualified candidate in any area which they may not have had the opportunity to grow in!
• Team members will be fully emersed into many aspects in our logistics services
