Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Set-up air freight export tariffs, working as a key stakeholder between sales, product and operations
- Act as point of contact between carriers, customers and colleagues, both in the US and international
- Receive inquiries from customers and assist the sales team in preparation of quotes
- Arrange outbound shipments and follow up once rate is confirmed
- Create customer codes in system, SPOT, and chase overseas invoice upload
- Apply for credit term, conduct cold calls, and release orders to the operations team and overseas with complete SOP
- Maintain good communication with operations team and overseas
- Complete any other tasks arranged by sales
- 1+ years of experience with Air Export quoting and routing experience
- Work independently, passionate attitude to work
- Good at English writing and speaking
- Active, energetic communicator with proven customer service skills and mindset
